The fine print

What moves the number.

Size, front and finish 7 things

We price your combination before anything is cut. These are the lowest prices in each tier, not averages.

Length
Four to seven feet. Each foot adds to the price.
Front
Box Trim, Double Box Trim, Slats, Fluting or Oak Wrap. Box Trim is cheapest; Fluting costs most. Slats and fluting can wrap the sides too, for more. Other styles by request.
Counter
Single level: one 46-inch counter. Double level adds a 34-inch working counter behind it. Carts and serving stands sit at 38 inches. U-shape or slant tops.
Bar or cart
Pick a bar or a cart, at the standard 24-inch depth or oversized at 30.5 inches. Oversized costs more.
Oversized coffee bar
Double-level U-shape for coffee gear: 46 inches in front, 34 at the back, 30.5 deep with a 24-inch lower counter. Priced above a standard bar of the same length.
Finish
Standard white is included. Premium finish is $300 more. Unpainted takes $500 off. Oak Wrap is stained Weather Oak, so finish pricing doesn't apply.
Add-ons
Plumbing, rinsers, a back shelf and the rest are priced separately. See plumbing and accessories.

How you pay 3 stages

For Semi-Custom, Signature and Custom Elite. DIY is paid in full at order.

45% at signing
Non-refundable, as the Project Agreement says. It locks your slot and buys the wood.
35% in production
Due the week we start cutting your panels.
20% before it ships
Due before the cart leaves the shop, pickup or freight.

Changes after signing cost a $50 flat fee plus materials and labor, quoted before we make them. Once wood is cut, a size or frame change may not be possible.

Flat rates for a mobile bar, set by your ZIP. Each one covers freight with liftgate and residential delivery, plus the pack fee. A scheduled delivery appointment is extra. Coffee carts, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico get a quote with your estimate. Pickup at our Yorba Linda shop is free. DIY ships UPS or FedEx.

After the build Refinishing

Built for five-plus years of service. After a few hundred events the finish shows it.

Sanding and refinishing runs $300 to $500. Drop it at the shop or ship it freight. Most come out looking new, for less than a replacement.
