Custom Elite

What you get when you apply.

For when the locked Signature spec isn't the answer. No standard sizes or fixed configurations. The build is designed around your space and how you work.

i. The call

Sam-led design

Sam works through your vision, dimensions, materials and special requirements. Your estimate comes out of that call.

No deposit until you approve the full scope and cost.

ii. The permit

Permitted builds, on your county's terms.

We're a fabrication shop, not permitting consultants. Our permitting page spells out who does what.

  • We draw schematics and plumbing diagrams, $300 flat, and build to the requirements your health department documents.
  • You file the permit. Gather your county's requirements in writing before you order.

iii. The build

Built to your specs

  • Custom dimensions, footprints and layouts
  • Materials sourced to your spec
  • Any finish: standard paint and stain, fully stained, a custom Sherwin Williams color, or unfinished
  • Every Signature add-on: sinks and full plumbing, ice wells, LED lighting, awnings, speed rails, shelving, extensions

How a Custom Elite begins

Five steps. The first one is the application below.

Twelve to sixteen weeks from deposit to ship.

  1. i.

    Submit your application

    We review it and send a link to book your consult with Sam.

  2. ii.

    Design consult — $49

    45 minutes with Sam. The fee is credited toward your order if you go ahead.

  3. iii.

    Approve your estimate

    We estimate from the consult. No deposit until you approve scope and cost.

  4. iv.

    Sign and deposit

    Sign the project agreement and pay the 45% deposit to lock your production slot.

  5. v.

    Build begins

    12–16 weeks. 35% at production, 20% at completion. The terms.
