• Signature (from $1,750): one of six pre-designed builds. Locked spec, your choice of finish.
• Custom Elite (from $5,000): fully bespoke, starting with a 45-minute design call with Sam. Plumbing, permit-prep, anything specific to your venue.

If it's on the Semi-Custom menu, it's Semi-Custom. Anything off the menu is Custom Elite: a shape we don't list, a build sized to your venue, plumbing past a starter line, permit-prep. Price a Semi-Custom build.

No, Signature is locked spec. The Coffee Bar has a port for one water line and The Espresso has routed water-line channels. Sinks, three-compartment setups and hot water are Custom Elite. Apply for Custom Elite.

The Semi-Custom page shows a live estimate for your options, and a few options are priced on review. Reserve the build and we get back to you within 24 business hours, then send a formal estimate. Signature pages show each build's price. Custom Elite is priced after the design call with Sam, and $5,000 is a real floor.

Signature and Custom Elite: 45% to book, 35% when the build enters production, 20% at pickup or before shipping, invoiced through QuickBooks. Semi-Custom starts with a free reservation. We review your build within 24 business hours and send a formal estimate; the same schedule starts once you approve it. DIY is paid in full at order. What happens after you reserve.

No. The 45% deposit is non-refundable, and the Project Agreement says so in writing. By then we have ordered material and booked your time on the floor.

Anywhere in the US. Builds are custom crated and shipped freight. DIY flat packs go UPS or FedEx. For Canada, you book the freight yourself, which is cleaner through customs.

Mobile bars ship at a flat rate, set by your ZIP:

• West Coast: $650
• Middle US: $770
• East Coast: $900

That covers freight with liftgate and residential delivery, plus the pack fee. A scheduled delivery appointment is extra. Coffee carts, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico get a quote with your build estimate. Pickup in Yorba Linda is free.

No. We're a woodworking and fabrication shop, not permitting consultants. Collect your county's requirements and we build to them. How permitting works.

No. Filing and follow-up with the health department are on you. Every county runs differently, and they are the source of truth, not us.

NSF International certifies food-service equipment. Whether you need it depends on your county. Our standard options are not NSF rated. Certified pitcher rinsers start around $250. If your permit needs it, tell us when we quote and we'll source it.

Yes. Drop it off or ship it freight. Sanding and refinishing runs $300–$500, depending on the build.

Yes, with a Change Order: $50 flat plus any extra material and labor. Mid-production changes may not be possible. The terms.
