Finish
Compare it to the simple pump 714.519.6410

Adds the finish you picked above.

Run the espresso machine, rinser, sink and hot water tank at once, at a steady 60 PSI. No Saturday at the hardware store guessing at fittings.

Pull any line and its valve closes, so you can swap tanks mid-rush without a spill.

Two finishes, and what $100 changes

Everything inside is identical. Only the enclosure changes.

Stainless
$899.00. Bare metal, wipes clean, handles standing water and salt.
Black steel
$799.00. Powder-coated, disappears into a dark cart.
Not sure which

Outdoors or hosed down, take stainless. Inside a dark cabinet, black steel does the same job for less. Or call 714.519.6410.

Installing it

The install guide is written for cart builders, not plumbers. Questions get answered by a real person at the shop.

Still planning the cart? Read the plumbing guide. Need county inspection? Start with permitting.

More complex plumbing configurations

Who buys this one.

  1. Mobile coffee cart operators who are done improvising their plumbing.

  2. DIY builders who want plug-and-play water.

  3. Event and catering crews who can't fail mid-service.

The setup this replaces

Most DIY carts run a bare RV pump straight to a tank, with no accumulator or check valve. Pressure spikes hurt the espresso machine, dry starts kill the pump, and a pulled line soaks the counter. The Backbone fixes all of it.
